In first part, the physical elements of the federal state that is considered to be established in Cyprus are examined.
The elements related with the federal state that is considered to be established in Cyprus can be separated in to two parts: physical elements and founder elements First of all, the physical elements of the federal state are human community and geographical location (in other words country) and the founder elements are independence, management type and organization (in other words incorporated body) From this point of view, the research consists of two main parts. The presence of the state that will be established in Cyprus will be possible by some factors coming together.
